Equivalent to senior manager position at 4A media agency

Responsibilities:
- Internal project management: Support Team Leader on audit work & report delivery
• Manage a team of 1 to 2 Analysts for a group of clients. Act as a mentor to junior members, provide on the job training and coaching.
• Manage the tracking and benchmarking process under the supervision of Analytics Team Leader, from designing scope, preparing audit data template, collecting data to cleansing data.
• Analysis and interpret audit data and prepare analytic report PPT with meaningful and insightful reviews with actional recommendations.
• Maintain media cost data pool.

- External communication: Support Team Leader on communication with Media Agencies in day-to-day audit projects, with client in consulting technical related deliverables
• Build excellent relationships with clients, agencies and internally across the department. Become a trusted advisor to your day-to-day client contacts during the process.
• Act as a focal point for agency contact and communication. Manage agency data submission timeline and accuracy, to cross check data and to resolve data issues.
• Pre-alignment on actual delivery with Agency before reporting.
• Attend client meetings to present technical results through simple yet innovative ways.
• Present analytic report to clients and provide advice as technical follow-up.

Requirements:
• 7+ years’ experience within a 4A media agency or media owner environment, at least 5+ years in digital.
• Analytically minded with a passion for data driven analysis and consultancy. Strong numeracy & analytical skills are important *.
• Good understanding of media terminology, In-depth working knowledge of major media types: TV/OTV, display, search, biddable, social & eCommerce.
• Good experience at presenting to small group of clients *.
• Good experience at managing a small team of people *.
• Good competency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must be able to write good analytic report in simple English.
