Primary Responsibilities
• Provide client service support: attend meetings, meet deadlines, troubleshoot problems, draft recaps
• Client relationship management
• Write, edit and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles
• Manage projects working with staff and vendors, including tracking financial details
• Demonstrate understanding of and implement public engagement and IMC tools
• Identify and work with media; demonstrate network of traditional and online media contacts
• Supervise staff junior to you on big/creative projects
• Participate in new business process and industry association

Skills and qualification required
• 2 years related PR professional experience, proficient in lifestyle/Fashion/beauty industry services
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Strong oral and written business communication skills
• Strong sense with copywriting skill
• Strong media relations and skillset on marcom communications
• Demonstrates potential to lead projects and interact with clients
• Can anticipate client and team needs
• Complete challenging projects within set parameters
• Exceptional judgment when working with team members, client contacts and vendors
• Strong commitment and dedication to the agency’s success as well as personal career
• Consistently meets deadlines
• Attentive to detail and quality
