职位描述：

Some Hard Skills and Qualifications We Expect from You:
•Have 3+ years relevant working experience in PR, e-PR, social, digital or Marketing department, agency or in-house. Having relevant experiences in Beauty&Fashion industry is a plus. 
•In-depth knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platform, tools, context and Chinese media landscape
•Capabilities to lead small-scale projects and small size retainer clients.
•Skills in supporting strategically planning for pitch, annual plan, campaign or project, etc. 
•Good communication skill in managing clients, media & KOLs and partners.
•Potential leadership abilities in managing a team of 2+ people.
•Excellent writing skills in Chinese.
•Good speaking & writing skills in English. 
•Solid knowledge and skills in all Microsoft Office program.
•Bachelor’s Degree or plus.

The Responsibilities You Will Take Including but not Limited to:
•Manage medium/small projects independently and act an internal leader for 1-2 key accounts to achieve excellent results; ensure high-quality service/deliverables.
•Responsible for strategic client service documents and processes such as the Monthly work plan, Yearly work plan, project plan, etc. 
•Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives; drive high-quality consumer or industry researches.
•Develop network of journalists, influencers and partners; and demonstrate in-depth Chinese media and social media platforms.
•Ensure smooth logistics and proactively provide solutions for operational issues.
•Be a good team leader to coach and tutor the team members to help them grow. 
•Identify new business leads; support new business pitch and grow existing accounts. 
•Support team leader to achieve team business targets.
•Proactively contribute to the development of the agency and lead company initiatives. 
•Work collaboratively across the agency at all levels.
