职位描述：

Position: Senior Associate (global car owner community engagement)

Location: Beijing office

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive strategy and executional plan of the car owner community engagement based on essential understanding of client products and business model. Identify the market position of client’s products as well as represent the brand’s attitude accurately;

2. Develop positive relations with car owners/Key opinion consumers, with a solid community engagement skills.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in managing customer relations and in increasing fan base.

4. Demonstrate proficiency in writing relevant documents required in the scope (e.g. emails, invitations, interactive social contents, meeting minutes, etc);

5. Ensure smooth logistics and coordination for community interactive activities (eg. WeChat groups daily operation, car owner research, incentive activities) ;

6. Keep an eye on complains/negative mood of the community members to avoid potential PR crisis, know how to communicate with the car owners and know how to bring in the right team to guide them.

7. Contribute personal input to improve existing templates/deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management or communication is a plus.

2. 2-3 years of experience preferable with PR agency or social agency and social retainer maintenance experience of auto category practice would be preferred. 2 years of experience in community engagement is a must.

3. Mature, initiative, responsible and result oriented. Be able to work under pressure and work independently in a short time.

4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English.
