Description
To well manage the social platforms & user community for one of our
clients from auto industry, this role will work together with the whole team
and sister agencies to leverage all possible resources to deliver qualified
client service.
Core work activities
· Work with internal teams and sister agencies within the group to build and maintain the client’s social presence and fans community in China mainland.
· Maintain healthy and sustainable relationship with the client as the core contact person. Manage client expectations and ensuring positive customer experience, be able to provide actionable insights to evaluate and optimize client satisfaction.
· Co-work with the client to develop annual social community consolidation plan within budget. Working with team members and partners to create execution plans to achieve goals. Make sure the internal stakeholders and external partners are fully briefed on objective, strategy, tactics, and progress, while ensuring internal profitability requirements are met.
· Manage and train the team to produce impactful social content, manage qualitative social campaigns, create rigorous analytical processes to deliver cost-effective social daily communication activities and social campaigns.
· Manage budget and timelines.
Qualifications
· Experience working in a global agency or a social specialized team, familiar with the Chinese social media landscape and know-hows.
· Minimum 6 years of relevant social/digital team management experience or consumer marketing communications/auto inhouse social team related experience
· Good sense of creative, social/digital content. Result-driven and knows how to achieve the campaign results, strong understanding of key social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, BiliBili, Red, etc.) and owned social platform (App, website)
· In-depth knowledge and experience with consumer trends, auto trends, social and digital marketing, social analytics, reports, and campaign management.
· Strong entrepreneurship/Passion for winning/Innovate for growth, self-motivated and comfortable working with limited supporting, has the ability to deal with multiple tasks.
· Fluency in both English and Chinese.
· Proven project management skills and commercial sense.
