Title：Associate Creative Director
Overview
of the role
•
Lead briefing/debriefing/internal reviews on deliveries of IMC items
•
Start to lead mid-scale creative presentation to mid-level clients
independently
•
Build and maintain relationship with mid-level clients
•
Work with Account team and Planning team to ensure creative concepts and copy
tones are on brand and strategically sound
•
Maintain an awareness of status and project deliverable of team members’ work
• Lead
and manage a team with 1-2 staff

Ability to present to/convince the internal teams
