The Role
Supports the team responsible for coordinating the adaptation and implementation process from brief to final production phases
Key Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):
• Liaises with clients/creative agencies to deal with simple adaptation projects
• Responds to information requests from the Account Manager or Account Director.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Broadcast, Print, Digital, transcreation
• Helps organise, attends (if required) and minutes internal team and client meetings
• Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting team
Job Requirements:
• Have the experience in advertising agency, 4A agency is a plus
• Have the experience on TVC/print shot
• Have the capability to deal with simple project independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Spoken and written English essential
• Computer literate e.g. MS Office
