职位描述：

Client Portfolio: High-tech, software, Internet and other types of clients

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of account management experience in agency (Technology team will be better) or related field.

1. Strong aptitude for building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues.
2. Strong account management, analytical, problem solving skills and sound financial management skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation in both Chinese and English abilities.
4. Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
5. Ability to manage several projects at once.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
2. Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements.
3. Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. Achieve worthwhile output from brainstorms.
4. Ensure provision of client services are of a quality consistent with Agency standards, as judged by AD/BD.
5. Manage projects for clients, ensuring delivery to deadline and results
6. Manage budgets and cost.
7. Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business
8. Balance workload between accounts and account staff to ensure that all work is accurate and completed within established deadlines
9. Continually communicate with team members and leaders.
