Key Responsibilities
1. Provide creative strategies and guide and supervise the team's creative execution.
2. Independent creative thinking ability and logical thinking ability, excellent creative ability and art director/copywriting ability.
3. Ability to draft proposals, rich experience in project management and team building, strong communication skills.
4. Good communication, coordination, able to create a good atmosphere for the team.
Job Requirements
1. 6+ years advertising experience (Main experience in TVC, KV; Participate in digital, social and e-com work will be a plus).
2. Passionate on advertising and creative is must.
3. Cosmetic, Luxury, Primeun experience is highly preferred.
4. Can facing client and work independently, able to present work to client confidently.
5. Can work under pressure and have experience in lead a team.
6. Workable communication in both Mandarin and English.
