SHANGHAI- Various sources revealled that, L'Oreal(欧莱雅) China, one of the larggest advertisers in mainland, has called for media planning and buying pitch. Till now, we know two incumbents Mindshare and ZenithOptimedia has been invited to. In 2010, L'Oreal China splitted its media accounts into Mindshare and ZenithOptimedia, both Shanghai offices. In early this year, Mindshare claimed to win online TV media buying assignments from ZenithOptimedia. L'Oreal China spends over 2 billions Yuan per year on traditional & digital media.
