Beijing – PHD China recently has promoted Cindy Xu(徐平) to the role of General Manager, PHD Beijing. Prior to her promotion, Cindy was a Business Director working on key accounts like HP, Elizabeth Arden, Airbus, Sony Mobile and Siemens. Cindy’s new responsibilities will see her take an even more active role in managing client teams, office operations, team building and mentoring. PHD China CEO Mark Heap said, “Cindy has shown great leadership and successfully managed her team and key client relationships to produce great results. Cindy’s professionalism, willingness to learn and adapt to new situations as required, are exemplary. I am looking forward to Cindy further driving PHD’s positive growth in 2012 and beyond.” An advertising and media professional with 15 years of experience, Cindy worked with leading brands in a variety of verticals with different media agencies in China, before joining PHD in 2009. Cindy’s appointment is effective immediately and she reports to Mark Heap, CEO, PHD China.
