Social Content Planner (Manager)

Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
1. Do research on the industry of your clients and position for social platform (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Red, …)
2. Develop and localize brand content direction and topic for brand’s official platform.
3. Establish strategic approach to social media content.
4. Suggest on how to optimize the mechanism of fans acquisition and sales conversion. 
5. Also, you may need help others on clients’ social platform strategy, including competitor learning, and market trends learning.

Position Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in social media/marketing role.
2. Solid experience in managing social media platforms, with demonstrated success with defining, implementing and optimizing a social media strategy. 
3. A quick learner, a self-starter, a team player woh is able to work independently, and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility. 
4. Excellent personal, verbal and written communication  skills in both English and Mandarin.
