Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Develop overall brand / consumer marketing & advertising strategies and implementation plans for the Mainland market
2. Monitor overall consumer sentiments, market trend, changing target audience behavior and perform analysis to provide actionable insights
3. Identify potential co-op opportunities with online, offline media and other relevant third parties
4. Generate creative program ideas and develop engaging / interactive contents
5. Project management of marketing / PR events including but not limited to consumer roadshows and tourism-related activities
6. Develop and manage publicity programs in relation to HKTB's core events and social advocacy campaigns
Requirements
1. University degree holder; minimum 10 years’ solid experience in FMCG or service industries in multinational corporations
2. Core competency in marketing / PR disciplines including strategic planning, integrated consumer marketing, event management and marketing communications, with sound knowledge of the tourism industry preferred
3. Good leadership and strong interpersonal / communication skills
4. High proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese / Putonghua
